SAL CPR & First Aid

Save A Life Class - CPR & First Aid

The Save A Life (SAL) class is a recognized training course based on the latest 2023 National and International CPR and First Aid guidelines. It is specifically designed for individuals who need a CPR/First Aid certification card but do not require an American Heart Association (AHA) specific certification. This makes it an excellent option for those in non-medical professions or anyone looking to gain practical life-saving skills for personal preparedness.

The SAL class focuses on equipping participants with the confidence and ability to act quickly and effectively during a wide range of emergencies. Students will learn how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, respond to choking incidents using the Heimlich maneuver, control bleeding, and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The curriculum is structured to be easy to follow and engaging, making it accessible to people of all backgrounds and experience levels.

What sets the SAL class apart is its emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. Through real-life scenarios and interactive instruction, participants will leave the class not only certified, but also empowered to respond when it matters most. Whether you're a teacher, coach, childcare provider, fitness instructor, or simply someone who wants to be prepared in case of an emergency, this class provides the essential tools you need.
